Microsoft Office 2010 Product Key VirtualBoot Win

Hello there,Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus Product Key,I am wanting to test a backup picture by booting it up in VirtualBoot on a diverse machine. I only wish to get towards the desktop and open two or three random files and examine providers to ensure almost everything is fine but I cant get previous the message:"This copy of Windows must be activated with Microsoft before you can continue,Microsoft Office 2010 Product Key, You cannot log in until you activate windows..."Do I have to activate windows each time just to examine that the picture is intact and bootable or have I missed something?Many thanks Andy
