They denied info saying the IPO was given to Public Details Officer rather than "Pay and Acc. Off". This also took the stipulated 1 month time given to them.
Although we got the info,Microsoft Office 2010 Professional, based mostly on a subsequent RTI application with the IPO now in favor of "Pay & Acc. Off", I wanted to know if this really is a valid excuse on their part to deny the details,Windows 7 Home Premium, and if not can I challenge this decision of theirs with the State Data Commission/CIC.
