以下三种放松法随时可以做,只需要5分钟。
  
  1、生物回馈法:坐在舒服的椅子上,眼微闭、齿微分、下肩、开胯、集中心志静下来,专心感受肌肉酸痛的 那个点,慢慢刺激调整它。接着深呼吸,感觉脉搏跳动甚至肠胃蠕动,感受手指头血液一胀一缩的感 觉。
  2、肌肉松紧法:从头部开始,眼睛用力闭,然后放松;牙齿用力咬合,再放松;拳头握紧后放松;依次类推 到全身各部位。最简单的就是起身,用力伸懒腰,然后放松,能在最短时间内达到放松效果。
  3、大字舒服法:呈大字形躺在床上,再在脖子和膝盖下方枕个垫子,让自己处在舒服、放心的姿势。深呼吸 ,闭眼调息,集中意志动动肩膀、手指头、脚趾头。从平躺姿势开始联想,直到坐着站着都能随意进 入放松状态。
