Default Windows 7 Discount Setting the default to your lik

While most people are thrilled with the flexibility provided by the Quick Styles and seem to really like the new default look, I am frequently asked about adjusting the space on the standard paragraph in a document. Some people prefer a tighter spacing than we offer by default and some folks don't like the spacing after the paragraph. The easiest way to adjust the spacing used for the Normal paragraphs in your document is to make the changes you want in the Format Paragraph dialog box and then click the Default button located at the bottom of the dialog. Once you've updated the various settings to give you a look that you like (by changing the theme,Windows 7 Discount, the fonts, the colors, the default spacing for your Normal paragraph and so on), you can store that combination to be used for all of your new documents by selecting the Set as Default command from the bottom of the Change Styles ############## as shown below. And for those who miss the old-fashioned style control, you can add it to the QAT by using the Customize tab of the Word options dialog. For those who were wondering, the Normal style is the style that Word applies to all paragraphs when they are first created. So in a document with no other styles, all paragraphs are reported as Normal. - Stuart J Stuple <div
