Best Happy Hour- (97)

I was so excited when I first realized I had a peruvian restaurant nearby seeing how I am Chilean and Peruvian but it soon wore off after going there. I've given it 3 shots and the service is always mediocre, some chick who refuses to speak spanish to me even though it's obviously her 1st language (maybe she wants to practice her english nfl fan jerseys!) the food takes forever to come out and when it does it's ok. I've since decided I could do it better wholesale marlboro cigarettes! However monster beats studio, I will agree with other reviews they do make pretty good sweet potatoe fries!
