Default 夏季养生 小暑与大暑保健之道

进入7月份,小暑和大暑将至。俗话讲:“小暑不算热,大暑三伏天”。“大暑”与“小暑”一样,都是反映夏季 炎热程度的节令,“大暑”表示炎热至极。因此应做好保健工作。
小暑以后,暑热的天气特点更加突出,人体出汗多,消耗大,所以养生强调要注意补充体力。多吃一些清凉的食品 ,天气热的时候要喝粥,或甜或咸,非常适合食用,多吃水果也有益防暑。小暑前后一个月的鳝鱼最好,黄鳝补肝 脾、除风湿等作用,小暑最宜吃黄鳝,不但能预防夏季食物不消化引起的腹泻,还可以保护心血管。大暑又是消化 道疾病多发季节,饮食上应清淡。小暑不要吃得太油腻,小暑前后多吃海带等对身体也很有益。
随着炎夏的临近,夜间最低气温有所上升。中医专家认为,夏季应注意养心,也就是说让心脏得到充分的休息,而 养心的根本是充足的睡眠。现在夜间天气还是比较凉爽的,建议大家安排好时间。清淡饮食能防暑,要多吃新鲜蔬 菜。蔬菜和瓜果可为人体提供必需的糖类、蛋白质等营养素,水宜生,还能为人体补充所需的大量维生素。可适当饮些清凉饮料,多喝水。
健康知识:每年7月7日或8日视太阳到达黄经105°时为小暑。每年7月23日或24日太阳到达黄经120 °时为“大暑”节气。
