1.1 General Information The group of 30 patients, 10 males and 20 females, aged 17 to 69 years old, average 35.13 years of age. Where 60 years in 2 cases (6.7%), men and women 1 cases.
Active tuberculosis about 10% to 40% associated with endobronchial tuberculosis (EBTB) [1], because clinical and imaging non-specific and misdiagnosis is higher. Bronchoscopy (fiberoptic bronchoscopy, FB) the application of EBTB diagnosis and treatment is of great significance. Hospital in April 2003 - June 2005 for suspected EBTB 33 patients underwent FB, diagnosed 30 cases are on FB check for EBTB diagnosis were discussed.

2 results
1.2 Clinical manifestations of cough in 28 cases (93.3%), in which irritating cough in 17 patients (56.7%), sputum in 11 cases (36.7%); shortness of breath in 11 patients (36.7%), sputum blood ( hemoptysis) 7 (23.3%), fatigue in 8 cases (26.7%), fever in 4 cases (13.3%).

The left side of the trachea, bronchus in 8 cases (26.7%), of which the left main bronchus in 2 cases (6.7%), left bronchus in 3 cases (10.0%) (including the tongue leaves 2 cases),
