POHANG cheap uggs for sale , South Korea, June 28 - POSCO , theworld's third-biggest steelmaker cheap uggs for sale , on Tuesday broke ground on a1.3 trillion won ($1.2 billion) plant in South Korea that willuse its FINEX technologycheap uggs outlet white, billed as more environmentallyfriendly and cost-efficient than standard steelmaking methods.

The South Korean firm plans to complete its third FINEXplant with an annual production capacity of 2 million tonnes in2013 cheap uggs for sale , bringing FINEX output capacity to 4.1 million tonnes or 25percent of its total crude steel capacity that year.

POSCO said the facility in the southeastern city of Pohangwould allow it to cut costs by an additional 177.2 billion wonannually from 2013.

FINEX is at the heart of POSCO's push to reduce its carbonfootprint. The firm says it uses cheaper raw materials such asiron ore fines and non-coking coal to make steel, reducesproduction costs and produces fewer greenhouse gas emissionscompared to traditional blast furnaces.
