春节7天长假许多人忙于拜年应酬,狂吃猛喝,生活没有规律,平常的体育锻炼也停了下来。等应酬差不多了想锻 炼了,却要上班了。其实锻炼随时随地都可以进行,办公室里也能健身。专家建议,上班一族可按如下方法进行办 公室健身。

4、推墙。距墙壁40-50厘米站立,两腿开立与肩同宽,身体向前倾倒,两臂屈肘双手贴扶于墙上,然后双手 用力推墙,将身体直立撑起恢复原位,推15-20次。
