THURSDAY’S PUZZLE — Any puzzle by Patrick Blindauer and Francis Heaney, either individually or as a collaboration, is O.K. by me. They are both terrific guys and two of the most creative constructors around today, in my opinion. Oh sure, there’s bacon in the COBB SALAD (in my book, bacon is a food group in and of itself), but how far can you go on a diet like that?
