A Special Pair of Tiffany Wedding Rings

My parents have been married for more than thirty years. Though they are more than sixty years old, they are still like a young couple. They take a walk together every evening. My father sometimes says to my mother, "I love you, honey!" That is really very romantic. I dreamed of having a husband like my father when I grew up. In fact, I made several boyfriends when I was a college student. However, they did not give me the special feeling. After I worked, I finally met my right man. Luckily, we are going to get married in two months. My parents are very happy to see me marry a good man.

Before getting married, there are really many things to prepare. The most important thing is to buy the rings which I want most. Yesterday my mother took out a pair of Tiffany rings. At that time, I was very surprised to see so special rings. To tell the truth, I had not known that my parents should have a pair of Tiffany rings. I believed that there must be some stories of the Tiffany rings. Then my mother told me their romance.

My parents happened to know each other in their college. My mother was a Chinese student who has a further study in America at that time. My father was a native. My mother picked up a light blue box which my father dropped. She ran after him and returned the box to him. Yes, the Tiffany rings were in the light blue box. Both of them could not imagine that they would become a happy couple. At that time, she was not his girlfriend. That pair of Tiffany rings did not belong to my parents at the beginning.

A few days later, they became good friends. My father lost his love and my mother accompanied him all the time. Then they loved each other and got married at last. Of course, my mother became the owner of the Tiffany rings.

My mother gives me the special pair of Tiffany rings as our wedding rings. I am really very happy.
