Inspiration And Technique Used For This Marine Painting This scene was captured on camera somewhere in Stonington, Maine. I was attracted to the contrast of the blue water and warm tones of the rocks. I will admit it’s a bit messy but certainly a great way to get your thoughts down quickly. We’re taking a fall vacation to Maine this year as apposed to a summer trip.
