听说过睡觉也可以瘦身吗?这种瘦身法的原理在于睡眠会消耗能量,减少体内积存的卡路里,不过要想利用此法来 瘦身,一开始要做的就是让自己成为睡觉都会瘦的体质。只要每天睡前或者洗澡前后,固定使自己的活动量达到一 定程度,ad收腹运动机,接着好好地睡一觉,起床就会有瘦身效果,ad健腹器。具体方法如下:
  1、先伸展双手向上,用力向上延伸,数20下再放下;
2、接着用手掌用力拍打四肢肥肉50至100下;

4、保持侧躺,ad健腹机,脚朝右平放,胸部和头部尽量向左看身体好像扭毛巾一样数20下,以相同的动作换另外一边,动作应尽量缓慢 、柔和,水宜生s520
