Default 冬季应该早睡晚起

在传统养生学中十分强调人体要“顺应自然”的观念。传统养生学认为,人生于天地之间,其生命活动就要与大自 然的变化保持一致,需要根据四季气候变化的规律而改变自己的日常生活规律,以顺应自然,这就是“天人相应” 的思想。
  《黄帝内经》对一年四季的起居规律有着详细的论述:“春三月……夜卧早起。夏三月……夜卧早起。秋三月 ……早卧早起。冬三月……早卧晚起, 必待阳光。”意思是说在春季的三个月和夏季的三个月中,要睡得晚,起得早;秋季的三个月就要睡得早,起得早 ;而在冬季的三个月中就应该睡得早,健尔马足疗机,起得晚,快速电热水龙头,一定要等到太阳升起来以后再起床。
  传统养生学认为在大自然中,一年四季具有春暖、夏热、秋凉、冬寒的特点,所以大地植物就呈现出春生、夏 长、秋收、冬藏的现象。人体也应该像植物一样顺应自然规律,所以有“春夏养阳、秋冬养阴”的说 法。
  春夏的晚睡早起是为了顺应自然界春生、夏长的特点,有利于机体内阳气的生长;而秋季早睡早起,顺应了秋 收的特点,早睡以利于阴精的收藏,金兔即热式电热水龙头,早起以顺应阳气的舒张。冬季早睡晚起,则是顺应了冬藏的特点,有利于阴精的滋养和贮藏。
  冬季天寒地冻,草木凋零,动植物多以冬眠状态以养精蓄锐,阿瞳,为来年生长做准备。人体也应该顺应自然界的特点而适当地减少活动,以免扰动阳气,损耗阴精。所以传统养生 学提出人们在冬季早睡晚起,有利于阳气的潜藏和阴精的积蓄,对健康有益。
  现代医学研究也证实,冬季早睡晚起可避免低温和冷空气对人体的侵袭而引发呼吸系统疾病,同时也可以避免 因严寒刺激诱发的心脑血管疾病。充足的睡眠还有利于人体的体力恢复和免疫功能的增强,有益于预 防疾病。
