As the MSN recruiter I frequently hear tales of Google—what the compensation deals look like,
Office 2010 Standard 64bit, how the offices are structured and what sodas they serve within their breakroom. But no one ever talks about Google with out mentioning the “20% rule”. I’m sure you have heard it too “when you work at Google 20% of your time can be spent on whatever you like”. I will leave it to you to figure out if this is true or part rumor,
Office 2010 Home And Student 64bits,… and in the meantime I will tell you that if you are only getting 20% you may be getting ripped-off….. I extended two offers this month to candidates for my MSN Lookup engine team. Both people were presently enrolled in PHD programs and had no intention of leaving their degrees unfinished to join Microsoft. Many other companies would have chosen to part ways at this point--- but the managers in MSN Lookup agreed to hire these employees full time AND let them complete their PHDs. Better yet,
Office 2010 Professional Activation Key, they made completing the PHD part of their yearly management goals,
Microsoft Office Pro 2010,----- (and for any of you who know about Microsoft’s review process you will know that hitting the goals are a big thing). If you don’t hit your goals then you don’t likely get as large of a $ bonus, and if the team doesn’t make their goal, then management gets a smaller bonus too. That is accountability… And if I’m doing the math correctly,
Office 2010 64bit Key, accumulating a full time salary while taking time to complete your degree pays off those student loans more quickly. Maybe even more than 20% a year… ;) Jenna
