ZAHA HADID is no stranger to fashion circles (her recent artistic collaboration with Chanel?being?a case in point); now the architect is bringing her eye for structure to the design table.
The melissa + Zaha Hadid shoe, which comes in eight colourways,
cheap asics shoes, will be available exclusively from Dover Street Market from September.
Hadid is the latest celebrity creative to collaborate with Brazilian eco-responsible footwear brand melissa (following in the venerable footsteps of the likes of Vivienne Westwood,

vibram flows, no less) - and the resulting creation is so spectacular,
monster beats by dre, it will get its own launch party at London Fashion Week in September.
"I have 30 years of research on different areas of architecture and design and this was a very challenging project, not only in design, but on the technical side,

Today I am leaving for a two week vacation to Europe. My long lost college roommate and I are going to be hitting up Spain and Italy and in Italy Vlad will be meeting up with us for a Gondola ride or two!
