It's easy to put an elegant border around your page--but then the printer lops it off.,
Office 2010 License
Why?
Each printer has its own minimum margin setting, and if you put any text or borders outside that margin setting,
Microsoft Office 2007 Professional, your page won't print correctly.
Word, on the other hand,
Office 2010 Pro Key, will let you set your margins to 0.
How do you find out your printer's printable area--before you print?
You use WordPad. A colleague showed me how: 1. In Windows,
Office 2007 Standard, click the Start button. 2. Click All Programs. 3. Click Accessories. 4. Click WordPad. 5. In WordPad, click the WordPad tab.
6. Click Page Setup.
7. In each margin box, type 0.
(After you change the last margin, click in a different box.) 8. WordPad displays the minimum margins that you need to apply to your Word document.
Now you can open your document in Word, click the Page Layout Dialog Box Launcher, click the Margins tab,
Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus, and then type in those minimum margin settings. -- Joannie Stangeland <div
