The WSI Corrugated Accumulator / Stacker
accumulates and stacks groups of small-to-medium size folded and glued corrugated blanks.

operation
The stream of shingled cartons is fed onto the stacker’s infeed conveyor. Blanks travel up an incline belt,Windows 7, are counted,Windows 7 Serial, and are delivered onto a set of surge gates.

When the pre-set count is reached the incoming flow is momentarily stopped. At the same time, the surge gates open and drop the accumulated stack onto an elevator.

When the elevator is at the bottom position the stack is pushed onto a set of belts for delivery to the customer’s bundler or conveyor. The elevator then moves back up to the surge gates and waits for the next stack.
