Simple Acne Answers
First off let me start by saying that everyone has different skin and remedies that work for one person may not always work for someone else. All you can do is to experiment and test things out and see how they are going to work. There is never the need to give up hope, your best skin is attainable!
*This article pertains to mild cases of pimples and skin imperfections. If you have a serious case of acne or you think something is actually wrong with your skin then go inspect a doctor!*
Claire’s General Skin Tips:
Tip 1: Wash, wash, wash! Actually, for people with dry skin you are only going to want to wash your face about once a day with a gentle moisturizing cleanser. While people with oily skin are going to want to wash twice a day using anoil-free cleanser. Toners and mosturizers are also a must! But remember, NEVER use hot water directly on your face!
Tip 2: Wear sunscreen! Even during the winter your skin can get sun hurt so use a moisturizer or foundation that contains a light SPF. During the summer wear a lighter one to stop you from sweating if off and blocking your pores.
Tip 3: Drink water! Water removes toxins from your body and flushes out your system, leaving you with clear beautiful skin.
Tip 4: Keep your hair off your face as your strands can transfer oil to your skin that can cause breakouts. Also, avoid touching your face unless you have clean hands!
Tip 5: Exfoliate! It is ok to exfoliate your skin every day as long as you are using a serene exfoliant. Don’t rub too hard on the skin and focus on the areas around the nose, forehead and chin. The older you get the more you will need to exfoliate.
Claire’ Pimple Banishing Tricks:
Tip 6: Leave it alone! If you have a pimple leave it alone! Popping them can cause infection, the spread of bacteria leading to more breakouts and unsightly scabs. So when you can leave your pimples alone and let them heal on their own!
Tip 7: If you have to pop…. Use one of two methods: Use a disinfected needle to puncture the head of the pimple and let it ooze on its own, then apply rubbing alcohol or a pimple cream to the site. OR, take a disposable razor and lightly and quickly glide it over the head of the pimple. Then let it ooze on its gain (try to avoid putting pressure on it if you don’t have to), seal it with pimple cream or rubbing alcohol. Using the razor is painless. If you don’t have rubbing alcohol or pimple cream then you can use nail polish remover or after shave.
Tip 8: Lemons and Sugar! Take half a lemon and sprinkle sugar on it then rub it all over your face and neck (and even chest if you need to). The lemon juice dries out the pimples and also kills bacteria while the sugar acts as a mild exfoliator. I usually impartial stick the lemon in a Ziploc bag and throw it in the freezer until I want to use it again.
Tip 9: Baking Soda and Water! Take a tiny bit if baking soda and mix in a small amount of water until you have a paste then apply this directly to your face or chest. The baking soda helps to catch rid of the redness from pimples. Leave it to dry then wash off with warm water.
Tip 10: Toothpaste,
chaussure foot mercurial! Toothpaste has long been used as a way to rep rid of pimples. Apply a runt dab of white tooth PASTE (not gel) to a pimple and leave to dry overnight. The toothpaste helps dry out the pimple.
Tip 11: Vinegar! This tip is especially proper for pimples on your support and chest. Seize some plain white vinegar and apply it to a loofah or back scrubber and gently exfoliate your wait on or chest. The vinegar kills bacteria and dries out pimples. But don’t do it too often as it can dry out skin!
Claire’s Tips for Getting Rid of Scars and Getting Soft Skin:
Tip 12: Scabs? If you have picked at a pimple (bad!) and now have an unsightly scab because of it there are ways to help the scab heal
mercurial. DON’T PICK AT IT! Leave it alone and allow it to heal on its own! A great way to heal scabs quickly is Polysporin or Fucidin or other similar ointments, apply it every night before bed and it will help to heal the scab and will leave your skin soft as well!
Tip 13: Vitamin E! Vitamin E is great for scars and healing of cuts, you can get it in a liquid and objective apply that directly to your scabs until you see the results you want.
Tip 14: Steam and Egg whites! Boil the kettle and put the water in a bowl then lean your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel. Do this for only about 5 minutes and then dab any moisture off your face and then slather some egg WHITE on your face and leave it to dry. Wash off with tepid to warm water. You face will feel smooth and tight afterwards!
Tip 15: Moisturize! Keeping your skin moisturized is very important and you have to remember that the moisturizer you use during the winter is not the same as one you should be using during the summer! In winter you need a heavier moisturizer and in summer you need a lighter one. Try to avoid creams that are oily and thick.
Claire’s Skin Tips…Makeup? :
Tip 16: Always remove your makeup! Do not go to bed with your makeup still on! No matter how tired you are you should always station aside five minutes to remove your makeup because sleeping with it on will cause dried and damage skin as well as breakouts. If you obtain that you are too tired to do a full face wash then I have a tip for you: Babywipes! Withhold baby wipes on hand and utilize them to grasp your makeup! It’s cheap, they are designed to be delicate on skin and it gets the job done quickly!
Tip 17: Choose the right makeup! Don’t pick makeup that is going to leave your skin feeling dry or too oily. If you skin feels oily after you put your makeup on find a new one,

Tip 18: Let Skin Breathe! If you don’t have to be anywhere and you have a weekend to just relax then leave your skin alone to breathe! Don’t wear makeup and take it easy on the products. Sometimes skin needs a chance to just have a break from all that we tend to subject it to!
Tip 19: Esteem your skin! Its the only skin you have and you have to take care of it to keep it looking its best. That means wear your sunscreen and hats, moisturize and drink lots of water.
