  (1)织布疗法
坐在床上,两腿伸直并拢,脚尖朝前,双臂伸直,双手掌心朝脚尖方向做推的动作。同时,上身前俯,向外呼气, 双手应尽量向脚尖方向推,推到不能再向前时,保持姿势3秒钟,收回手掌,并吸气。连续往返30次,每天早晚 各做1遍。有按摩内脏、调理肠胃功能的作用。
  (2)晃海疗法
双腿盘坐在床上,双手掌放在膝盖上,双目微闭,舌抵上腭,以腰部为轴,慢慢旋转,旋转时腰部要尽量弯曲,上 身前俯。先自右向左旋转30次,再自左向右旋转30次,每旋转1次约25秒钟,一般在睡前进行。此法可以调 节大脑,对神经衰弱、消化不良、便秘有预防和治疗作用。
  (3)抱枕疗法
用棉布缝制一个长约1米、直径约35厘米的布口袋,用棉絮或海绵填充好,做成一个椭圆形的长枕。睡眠时侧卧 ,双臂抱枕,长枕下段可垫在大腿下面。这样可使老年人睡眠好,水宜生水杯价格表,还可以使肩关节拉开,减轻上肢关节的“晨僵”现象,预防和治疗关节炎。
