BROOKSVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A trio of women in northern Kentucky has
prom dresses cheap found a way to assistance college students who need formal wear for end-of-the-year dances.
Barbara Waddell,

dresses 2011 and fits are free for college students in Bracken County, St. Augustine and Augusta Independent college districts who are attending their college proms or eighth grade dances, according to

When the girls find the right dress, Waddell said it's like a magic transformation.
"When they try on the apparel and come out for us to see; you see the smile on their deal with and their mother's face," Waddell said. "They look like
princesses."
As prom dates near, Waddell said she hopes all community college students attending dances have something nice to wear.
"We have given away many
wholesale prom dresses and a few suits; we also have shoes, some diamond jewelry and accessories, which have also been donated," she said. "We still have lots of beautiful dresses to choose from."
She said she hopes to
a line bridal gowns expand the services outdoors the county in the future, but "this is the 1st year and we are just knowing what to do and not do," she said.
