  1.咖啡因过量。每天喝一两杯咖啡有利健康,但是千万别喝上六七杯。否则会造成脱水,并导致血压猛升。 注意一些汽水饮料,因为这些饮料中常含咖啡因。同理,喝茶也应适量。
2.不系安全带。开车或乘车系好安全带不费任何事,最多费时3秒钟。既然能保证生命安全,又可以避免交通罚 款。倘若发生车祸,系安全带弄皱了衬衫远比车祸弄断了颈脖更花得来!
  3.懒得喝水。当你感觉饥肠辘辘的时候,其实大多数情况是“渴了”,而不是“饿了”。每天别忘了多喝几 杯水。身体脱水会导致疲劳和抑郁。办公桌上放一只暖瓶,经常喝点水。
  4.好发脾气。发脾气会导致血压突然升高,体能急剧下降。如果发脾气成了你的家常便饭,那么一定要掌握 好控制脾气的技巧。你对待生活是否认真过头?是否经常找茬?别把精力浪费在“无名火”上,找些更重要的事情 做,也是个好办法。
  5.头疼抑郁,健尔马足疗机价格。我们不时会发生头疼。但是如果每天如此,那就应该高度重视,查明原因——生活工作压力?视力减退?还是饮 食所致?再作必要处理。
 6.被人利用。只能在我们同意的情况下,别人才能利用我们。要防止自己替别人做一些本该他们做的事情,成 为别人的“工具”。该拒绝时,大胆说“NO”,是“解放”自己的最好办法。
  7.当“沙发土豆”。懒散的生活方式的确很诱人,但是非常有害健康。常出门活动活动,哪怕是20分钟的 简单散步也非常有益健康。
  8.吃“垃圾食品”。垃圾食品营养不足,而热量脂肪有余,经常吃“垃圾食品”会增腰围堵血 管。
