Default 推荐：淮山薏米羊肾汤
材料：淮山60克，薏米50克，杞子、沙参各30克，羊肾2个，猪排骨150克，生姜3片。
烹制：各药材洗净,健尔马足疗机三代，浸泡；羊肾切开，去筋膜洗净，放进绿豆水中沸滚3分钟，捞起切片；排骨洗净，不用刀切。一起放进瓦煲内， 加入清水3000毫升，武火煲沸后改文火煲约2个半小时，调入食盐便可。
