　　提起这场惨祸，还要从刘女士夫妇的夜市烧烤摊说起。几个月前，夫妻俩从老家淮安来南京铁心桥大定坊做烧 烤生意，起初租了一间门面，但生意不太好，两人就改为到大街上的夜市做生意。“夜市摊子位置不是固定的，也 不用交管理费，大家谁来得早谁就占好位置。”刘女士说，他们每天下午四五点钟出来摆摊，摆了没两天，旁边一 家姓周的老板娘就找到她。“她说她早就在这摆摊了，我们来得迟，不能占她的位子。”但刘女士夫妇认为，自己 每天到得早，摊位又不是固定的，就没理会对方。
