　　事情缘起半个月前，当唐女士到ATM机上取钱时，发现卡里的14000元不翼而飞，调看银行监控录像后 发现，钱是被不法分子套取磁条并窃取密码后从银行的ATM机上取走的。

　　警方认定“被盗”，但与银行协商过程中，银行却以“被诈骗”为由对唐女士的赔偿要求一直推诿，一怒之下 她将银行告上法庭。

　　“我的钱呢？”3月11日晚上十点左右，唐女士在金星大道茉莉花酒店的建行ATM机上取钱时，发现卡上 的余额仅剩1113.73元，其中还有1033元是前两天单位才发的工资。

　　确定自己没看错后，唐女士赶紧拨打建行的客服电话，客服告诉她账上的14500元已于8日晚被人分8次 取走。ATM取款记录显示，取钱地点是五一大道上某农业银行的ATM自动取款机。

　　办案民警与该行工作人员一起调看了唐女士3月8日晚取款前后约一个小时的监控录像后发现，当晚7点20 分左右，两名身穿黑色羽绒服，用帽子遮头、手挡面部的嫌疑人在该行ATM机安装监视器等作案设备后迅速离开 。
