怀孕早期,准妈咪们都或轻或重有恶心、呕吐的反应,不用担心。
这大多属于生理性的。但在夏季超过35摄氏度的“逆境”下,高温造成妈咪们很多营养素大量流失,而同时对于 正急需补充营养的准妈咪来说又没有好胃口,这可真是雪上加霜的事情。应当怎么办?
很多孕妇清晨起床时容易有恶心的感觉,可以在床上多醒一会儿再起床,刷牙前坐在床上吃两片苏打饼干也会有点 好处。必要时,暂时使用孕妇可用的漱口水来代替刷牙。不宜吃过多酸的和甜的东西,这些东西会进一步刺激胃酸 分泌。
应付孕吐有办法
一、调整心态:妊娠20~60天内,正是胚胎组织细胞分化形成器官的旺盛期。此时,食物在准妈妈胃里停留的 时间比过去长了,一旦有微量的有害物质,准妈妈本能地“一吐为快”,以保障胎宝宝健康生长,不发生畸变。因 此,从某种角度讲,孕吐是孕妈咪的一种保护性反应,为了宝宝把有害的东西吐掉,虽然自己难受,可对宝宝是有 好处的哦。这样一想,心情好了,不舒服也会减轻许多,健尔马足疗机三代
