快拍小友“dahlia29”自述：我现在是全职妈妈，宝宝14个月大。今年3月开始，在网上看到人家教种 芽苗菜的方法，觉得蛮简单，又健康环保，而且芽苗菜宝宝也能吃，所以我就开始学了。
目前为止，我种过的芽苗菜有：绿豆芽、黄豆芽、蚕豆芽、花生芽、萝卜苗、苜蓿苗、空心菜苗和相 思豆苗。
我觉得种芽苗菜特别好玩：先浸泡种子一整夜，第二天再把种子整齐平铺在筐里，底下垫张餐巾纸关注民生，每天 洒两三次水。绿豆、黄豆芽培育三四天就够了；花生芽、萝卜苗，要一周左右；相思豆要十天中国市场交易注重成 交量。
萝卜苗、苜蓿苗、空心菜苗等采收前两天，让它们见见太阳光，还会变得绿油油的，非常好看（绿豆芽、黄豆芽、 花生芽是不能见光的）。
芽苗菜的吃法也很多，可以凉拌、清炒或放汤，下锅即熟，清香可口。
