The largest and most important task for me now is employing the best talent for the new Microsoft store opening in Scottsdale. I have only been in the Scottsdale area for a week now and meeting such wonderful and talented consumers in the community has been fun and rewarding. I feel very fortunate to meet such amazing persons! What are the key traits you're looking for? Since we have several roles that will be in the shops — like technical support, trainers, sales team and a sales support team — product knowledge along with a customer focus background is crucial in team building. Our stores will give Microsoft a way to express what we do RIGHT. Our employees will be able to showcase our products in a way that’s never been done before. We may always have skeptics — but our job in the Retail retailers is to provide a welcoming environment where everyone is welcome to learn more about our products and how to use them to benefit their life.
