This list is not exhaustive. I don't have enough room to mention all the possibilities. Plus, each trip is as unique as the traveler himself or herself. Even so, I think you'll find these recommendations helpful.
Swim trunks with zippered pocket - I spend most of the day in swim trunks. It's nice to have a pocket that secures.
Fanny pack - Easily carries sunscreen, extra sunglasses, and most any other small items. Take along a cheap one in case it gets grungy or you lose it.
Flip flops/pool shoes - Make sure they're made of synthetic material. Canvas shoes won't dry out, and will stink after a few days. Keep your athletic shoes in the room for long walks inland.
Money pouch - The safest way to carry your money and passport, even valuables. Remember to mention it as you're being screened at the airport.
Wide-brimmed hat - Your ears, nose, and back of the neck take a beating in the hot sun. A baseball cap, while popular and somewhat fashionable, is almost useless in the sun. Find a wide-brimmed hat that covers your face and neck completely.
Now that winter is in full swing, thoughts turn to spending relaxing days in the warmth and sunshine. What to pack seems to cause more anxiety than planning for the trip itself.
Also - and this should go without saying - but make sure they're comfortable. I took along a pair of Croc clog-type shoes once, and I was miserable. The right shoe dug into the inside of my foot; I have a small scar yet today, more than two years later. Other shoes tended to cause blisters on the ball of a foot. I'm still searching for a solution to this problem.
Now your Chic Sedu hair style is ready, and you have a look of "world-is-at-my-feet: woman.Formal Sedu Hair Style Formal Sedu hair style is appropriate for special occasions like your in-laws parties, your friend's wedding, or corporate parties. It needs some formal dress of pastel, or contrast colors, that is white, black, or their combination, low-heeled shoes, strict hair style and formal pastel make-up.Though it is rather old-fashioned, formal style is usually the best choice for any occasion, except for the friends' disco parties or graduation ball. You have all comfort possible with simple and plain dress with knee-high straight skirt, and create impression of a serious and reliable person.Pastel make-up adds naturalness to the image, while low-heeled shoes give you the ability to feel your legs after long hours spent on feet.
Sunscreen - Minimum of 30 SPF, and remember to apply it frequently. You're constantly in the water or sweating up a storm.
Name badge holder - Handed out at trade shows and expos, these are great for carrying tip money, a towel card, plastic room key, even a cheap watch. The lanyard makes for easy wearing; simply drape it over your neck. Keep in mind that the plastic sleeve isn't water tight.
First, some preliminary advice: Take along extras of the basics, such as sunglasses, reading glasses, sunscreen, and batteries. Prices at hotel stores are notoriously steep. Other than tip money, I take only a credit card with me. Ask your travel agent if traveler's checks are appropriate for your destination.
Your backpack (or other carryon) is also a good place to store valuables while you're in transit. Don't pack those in your checked luggage.
Lots of t-shirts - Nothing dries out in the warm, humid air of the Caribbean. I pack at least one t-shirt for each day of vacation. They get grungy from all the suntan lotion and sweat, so pack junk shirts. (Save the good knit and woven shirts for at night.) Make sure your t-shirts are white or light colored, as they'll be cooler.
Backpack - You'll need a carryon. I prefer a backpack, because it has numerous pockets and can be thrown over a shoulder. Note the height restriction, which currently is 22" tall.
As a carryon the backpack must contain certain basic items. These include toiletries, but I suggest packing a pair of shorts and at least one t-shirt. (You'll want to change upon arriving at the resort.) Toss in a pair of sunglasses, too, if you won't be wearing them upon departure.
You will add to or modify this list to suit your needs, but it gives you a starting point. Enjoy your vacation!
After more than a half-dozen trips to the Caribbean, packing has become fairly routine for me. My list is geared toward that region, but my suggestions apply just about anywhere in the world.
Sunglasses - Make sure they're rated for 100% protection against both UVA and UVB.
Plastic bags - Very useful for packing damp clothing for the trip home. I also bag up suntan lotion and other liquids just in case the container breaks during flight.
As for specific items, here are my suggestions.
