One of the very handy things about that is that I can read the newsletter no matter what computer or device I happen to be using. When I read my mail in Hotmail – even on my phone – Word attachments are displayed in the browser, in Word Web App. I never actually have to download the document or open it in Word. And because the dining room table is the center of communication in my household, I’m also glad that it’s easy to print the newsletter out – quickly, right there in the browser.
