加拿大男子用铁铲袭击闯入自家后院浣熊遭拘

　　今年4月，一名多伦多男子将捕获的一头浣熊困在诱捕笼内超过两周，而被法院裁定引致一头动物蒙受痛苦的 控罪成立，被判罚款1000加元、终身被禁使用诱捕笼，以及监守行为两年。


　　警察在事发现场的后院角落发现一只受伤小浣熊，浣熊妈妈则已将两只小浣熊带走。

　　据目击的邻居说，他听小浣熊发出叫声非常恐怖，浣熊妈妈一边发出叫声，一边试图将小浣熊带离险境。该名 邻居指出，涉嫌袭击浣熊的男子抱怨浣熊毁了他的花园。



　　此间2日出版的星岛日报引述安大略省防止虐待动物法说，虐待动物的最高刑期是入狱两年兼罚款6万加元( 1加元币值超过1美元)。以往该省法例只保障猫、狗，因此被爱护动物者称为“猫狗法例”。而在2009年的 修订案，将法例的适用范围扩展至所有动物,手机窃听器，不论是饲养或野生都同样获得保护。连警犬和其他执行任务的动物亦有更多保障。

　　多伦多动物服务机构的人员亦奉召到场，并用铁笼带走一只小浣熊。据该机构发言人称，被带走的受伤小浣熊 除腿部骨折受伤外，其他情况良好，而且非常“生猛“，待伤势痊愈后，会将它带返现场附近让其重 返大自然。
　　这名叫阮东(译音)的53岁越裔男子是用类似铁铲的园艺工具，击打其后院中一群小浣熊，浣熊妈妈则试图 救回小浣熊。
