Microsoft founder Bill Gates said right now that state governments necessary to adopt "clear and honest" accounting of their budgets, as their genuine finances threaten America's public-education technique.
Speaking at the yearly TED conference in Lengthy Seashore, California,

"It's riddled with gimmicks," Mr. Gates explained of the "tricks" states use to balance their budgets. Citing moves such as selling state assets and deferring payments,

The biggest concerns nationwide, he said,
