专家们通常都这样告诫人们:睡前应避免剧烈运动,爬楼车厂家,理由是剧烈运动过程中人体会释放更多的肾上腺素和其他激素,光波炉,这些激素会使人的情绪处在激越状态,它们至少需要3个小时才能降回到原来的水平,盟特新产品批发,所以睡前运动会妨碍睡眠。
然而,多数研究并未证实这一说法。例如有一项研究发现,在睡前90分钟或60分钟作1小时的中等强度运动并 不会使入睡变得困难,也不会降低睡眠质量。其他许多项研究也有类似的发现。美国南卡罗来纳大学一位专事观察 这一问题的研究人员这样认为:睡前运动事实上能促进睡眠,减少焦虑情绪,提升体温,但存在个体差异。也就是 说,并非人人都能从睡前运动中获益。
