台湾抗老化保健医学会理事长王铭富指出,盟特新产品,下面的四大不良饮食习惯是造成衰老的重要原因。

1.餐餐吃到撑。动物研究显示,限制热量能延长寿命,无限量吃到饱的老鼠很胖,而且也比吃六七成饱的老鼠早 死。王铭富教授建议,每餐最好吃七八分饱。尤其对于中老年人来说,这样更易消化吸收,还不容易 胖。

另外,低热量、富含优质蛋白质、低糖、低脂肪的饮食,还能刺激生长激素释放,强化身体功能、振奋精神。稍稍 有些饥饿比饱食终日更有利于延缓衰老。

2.常吃加工食品、冷冻食品。这些食品可能添加防腐剂、人工色素、漂白剂等有害健康的物质,容易在体内产生 自由基,破坏细胞,即使只有少量,长久累积仍有不良影响。

3.爱吃油炸食品。油脂会在体内变成过氧化脂质,形成自由基,只能适量摄取。如果嘴馋非吃不可,也要减少次 数和数量。
