Mike Florio of Pro Football Newspaper reports free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens is just a couple of weeks away from returning to 100 percent after tearing his ACL in April. Owens just had surgery in early April, giving him about four months of recovery time. Florio speculates that Owens could either land in Arizona or reunite with former teammate Chad Ochocinco in New England.
