萝卜形成原因

战前简单准备

揉捏按摩法
口诀:一压、二揉、三捏、四拍
方法:
1。软化脂肪:坐姿一腿曲膝靠胸前,另一腿盘坐。尽量放松身体,利用手掌从脚踝处往膝盖方向揉压 按摩。
