三千多人 大浪淘沙 揭密： 高姐 是怎样炼成的

　　据了解，京沪高铁上海段“高姐”的选拔从去年5月启动，在江浙沪等地的国家正规大专院校进行专场招聘。 标准为：年龄19到22岁，身高165CM左右,传奇私服，学历大专以上，拥有普通话二甲或英语三级以上。招聘现场，考生还需通过中英文自我介绍、个人才艺展示、现 场问答等环节。共有400名应聘者从3000多人中脱颖而出，进入京沪高铁预备队伍。
　　2011年11月起，上海客运段通过一级封闭式集中培训、二级实作模拟强化培训、三级礼仪举止专项培训 、四级名师带徒跟班培训、五级体验式实战培训，分梯次对“高姐”们在形象气质、礼仪规范、业务能力、实际操 作等方面进行全方位的培训。
　　在封闭集中培训中，“高姐”们主要完成理论知识模块学习，涉及高铁概论，动车组设施设备、旅客运输组织 、安全管理、应急处置，服务心理及行为规范和服务技能等。完成理论知识学习后，“高姐”们被带到热备车底模 拟教室进行强化培训，并参观了380BL新型动车，掌握京沪高铁列车的具体情况,魔域私服。
