男子在公交车上猥亵女乘客被抓

　　他看到后又出面制止,moncler，猥亵者与他争吵后发生厮打。车上其他乘客得知情况后帮忙将猥亵者制服，并报了警。
　　亚心网讯(记者 石丰森)前天(5月16日)气温高达30多℃，人们衣衫单薄，在机械厂站点开往火车南站站点的2路公交车上 ，发生了一起猥亵案件。5月17日，记者从乌鲁木齐市公安局公交分局天津路派出所获悉,doudoune moncler，猥亵他人的这名男子被抓获。
　　公交车由铁路局站开往大寨沟站时，猥亵者又紧贴车尾部一名20多岁的女子，同顶蹭的方式对 其进行猥亵。
　　民警说，夏天市民衣服较单薄，公交车上有人利用车的惯性对女子进行猥亵，主要是靠近身体的一侧进行顶蹭 。此类违法犯罪行为较隐蔽，受害者多为女性，在公共场所多数不敢声张，报案的人不是很多。今年他们已接到两 三起此类报警，报警时只简单说明有这样的事，具体情况却不肯透露。

　　办案民警说，16日14时40分至15时间。当时车上的一名男乘客告诉民警，当时车上乘客不多。猥亵他 人的是一名20多岁的男子，猥亵者在机械厂站上车后，先是站在车中间一名穿黄色衣服的女子后侧，用顶蹭的方 式进行猥亵。他当时站在附近，发现后便使劲盯着猥亵者，对方发现有人看他，便走向了车辆后侧。


　　每年夏天都是此类案件的高发期，去年该所接到10起类似事件。
