依据《青岛市事业单位公然应聘职员实行细则（暂行）》

　　曾受过刑事处分和曾被开革公职的人员不得报考。
　　应聘人员不能报考与本人有应回避支属关系的岗位。
　　二、报名和资格审查
　　（一）报名
　　1、考生登录青岛市人力资源和社会保障局网站（www.qdhrss.gov.cn）或青岛开发区政务 网（www.qda.gov.cn），查看报考简章并下载打印《2011年度青岛开发区部分事业单位公开招 聘工作人员报名登记表》和《2011年度青岛开发区部分事业单位公开招聘考生诚信承诺书》。
　　2、报名方法：本次招聘采用现场报名方式进行。
　　3、报名时光：2011年8月5日，上午9：00－11：30，下战书13：30－17：30。逾期不 再受理。
　　4、报名地点：青岛开发区职业中专（青岛开发区阿里山路219号）；报名接洽电话：053 2-86988557。
　　||| 5、所需资料：报考职员本人现场提交个人身份证、毕业证、学位证等材料的原件及复印件1份；近期一寸同底版 彩色免冠照片6张（反面书写姓名）；填报《2011年度青岛开发区部门事业单位公然招聘工作人员报名登记表 》一式2份（A4纸）；提交由考生自己签名的《2011年度青岛开发区局部事业单位公开应聘考生诚信许诺书 》1份。
　　有工作单位的人员须同时提交单位同意报验证明信；无业人员需提交失业证或档案代管部门出具的无业证实； 召还期内未就业的毕业生须同时提供报到证原件及复印件1份。2011年未就业应届毕业生需提供就业协议书（ 山东省内院校履行网上签约的可不供给就业协定书）。定向、委培毕业生需提交定向、委培单位同意应聘的证明。 留学归国人员需提交国度教育部《国外学位学历认证书》。请求具备国外学习或工作经历的需提供本人的签证原件 。
　　报名审查时收取各种证件、材料复印件一份（A4纸），原件将在审核撤退回。考生因资料筹备不充足影响资 历审查的，义务自信。

　　7、招聘筹划与报名人数达不到1：3比例，规划招聘1人的，准则上撤消招聘计划；打算招聘2人以上的， 按规定的比例相应核减招聘方案。紧缺急需岗位经同意可恰当放宽。
　　（二）资格审查

　　准考证领取时间、地点在青岛开发区政务网上公布。
　　三、组织考试
　　公开招聘考试工作由青岛开发区考试培训核心同一组织。测验包含笔试跟口试。
　　1、笔试。笔试时间为8月21日，详细时间、地点详见准考据。笔试重要考核相关基础实践、基本常识等， 不指定教材。笔试成绩采取百分制计分。
　　依据各招聘职位笔试成绩从高分到低分排序，按招聘计划数与面试人数1：3的比例依次确定进入面试范围的 人员。达不到1：3比例的，按实有人数确定面试人员。
　　2、面试。主要考查报考职位所须要的综合剖析、组织和谐、逻辑思维、语言表白等相关能力。面试成绩采用 百分制计分，成绩当天公布，面试时间、地点另行通知。
　　3、总成绩。按笔试成绩40%、面试成绩60%的比例计入百分制总成绩。
　　考试总成绩采用百分制计分，并准确到小数点后两位数，尾数四舍五入。
　　4、笔试成就及面试有关部署在青岛开发区政务网上颁布。
　　四、体检和考察
　　按照总成绩，分招聘岗位，由高分到低分以1：2的比例，断定进入体检考核规模人选，并依次等额组织体检 考核。对体检考核分歧格人员造成的空白，可从其他统一岗位人员中顺次等额递补。如用人部门1个聘用计划中呈 现多名招考人员考试总成绩相同，则按笔试成绩由高分到低分肯定体检考核人选。若笔试、面试成绩完整相同，学 历高者优先，学历雷同时有工作经历者，或工作阅历长者优先。对未到达规定比例进入面试且取得体检、考核资格 的应聘人员，面试成绩不得低于60分。如体检、考核均合格，则不再对其他进入体检考核范围的人员进行体检考 核。
