The Expo is the first time most UAE bike retailers have participated in an event of this scale, and it marks a shot in the arm for the region's bike industry, already estimated to be worth over $800m. That is set to grow rapidly in 2009, with Saudi Arabia and the UAE expected to be the biggest markets.
"Being the first show, we were not sure what to expect from the exhibitors [or] consumers. However,

Until now,

Fifty-five exhibitors from major local and international brands from the US, Canada, Italy and Japan,
