老年人的腿部健壮能预防髋骨骨折,由于髋骨骨折会引发各类并发症,多达20%的患者会在一年内去世。如此说 来,老年人要活得更有生活质量,拥有更长的寿命,积极进行腿部锻炼是极其重要的。

一般来说,锻炼越早越好,从娃娃抓起是最理想的。不过,都市人大多都工作忙碌。燕铁斌认为,锻炼要“因时制 宜”和“因地制宜”,有闲工夫的时候,可以进行一些运动强度大的锻炼,譬如游泳、爬山、打球、 骑车等,ad健腹器。如果时间不多、场合受限,那就可以选择不同的动作来锻炼。
伏案时间长,ad收腹运动机第三代,经常要对着电脑的人,可以绷直大腿抬高,保持10秒,再缓慢放下,重复5-8次。坐公交车也可以做这个动作。如果空间很小不适合抬腿,也可以仅仅在站立时绷紧腿部,再放松,反复做几 次即可。“抬起脚后跟再绷腿更理想,每次要保持住5-10秒。若想加大锻炼强度,还可以采取单腿支撑的方式,轮流换腿做这个动作”。
在办公室或家里空无一人时,动作幅度稍大点也没关系。有一个“闭环”动作是靠墙半蹲,运动收腹机,让大腿前面的肌肉绷紧,半蹲姿势的高度可根据自己的情况替换,很适合在这个场合来做,健尔马足疗机乐天派。不过,心脏功能差的人半蹲体位可能会发生意外,要避免危险动作。
