减肥食谱1--海米炒洋葱
材料:水发海米 30克  食盐、适量 洋葱 150克  姜丝 5克  酱油 3克  色拉油 25克  料酒 5克   香油 5克  味精 1克
制法
1. 洋葱去皮、洗净、切成丝放盘中,水发海米洗净,放碗中待用。
2. 将料酒、味精、酱油、食盐、姜丝放另一碗中调成汁,健尔马足疗机三代
3. 炒锅上火,倒入色拉油烧热,加入洋葱、海米,无叶电风扇,烹入调味汁炒熟,淋入香油即可。
减肥食谱2--双菇凉瓜丝
原料:凉瓜(即苦瓜)150克,香菇100克,金针菇100克,健尔马足疗机官网,姜、酱油、糖、香油适量,健尔马足疗机生产厂家
制作方法:
(1)将凉瓜顺丝切成细丝,姜片切成细丝;
(2)香菇浸软切丝,金针菇切去尾端洗净;
(3)油爆姜丝后,加入凉瓜丝、冬菇丝及盐,健尔马足疗机三代,同炒至凉瓜丝变软;
(4)将金针菇加入同炒,加入调味料炒匀即可食用,健尔马足疗机三代批发
功效:香菇、金针菇能降低胆固醇;凉瓜富含纤维素,可减少脂肪吸收。
