　　“并不是我们用的水泥不合格，而是抹灰工没有按施工要求操作，这两名抹灰工没留用了。”对此，施工现场 的负责人王大平说，上周二上午，两名抹灰工在没搞清施工方案的情况下，自行拆开一袋水泥进行搅拌，“水泥都 搅拌好了，不用就浪费了，所以我让他们加点水再搅拌一下，抹到了三楼过道的墙上。”然而，上午搅拌的水泥， 两名抹灰工下午才抹上墙，经过长时间的暴晒，到下午已过了最佳使用时间。

　　“最后施工时，这样的墙面肯定要抠掉重新抹水泥。”负责7栋维修加固的四川省建筑机械化工程公司物业管 理公司王丰民表示，根据7栋的维修加固方案，首先应该对楼梯等进行加固，过道墙面的抹灰、粉刷等都是后面的 步骤了。王丰民表示，他回去请示领导后，将邀请住户代表一起，对维修加固工程进行监督，尽量减 少误会。
