Intelligence services that tortures people in custody have impunity because of political cover-ups. You can be assured that in such countries "justice is dead." And where justice is dead, the people become slaves to be abused (physically, mentally, socially, economically, and politically) by the ruling elite. ?And their kangaroo courts will legitimise their abuses.Among the many ingredients found in justice, fairness is one of the most important components.
