  然而,在制作主食时,如果采取下述制作方法,就可使日常所用的主食变成减肥食品,乐彤足浴盆。方法是:把熟的米饭、馒头放入冰箱,在2-4℃条件下保存一段时间, 其中的淀粉就会变成不易被人体吸收的减肥食品。其原理:淀粉在60-80℃下, 在水溶液中溶涨、分裂,形成均匀糊状溶液,称糊化作用,也就是平时煮饭、蒸馒头的过程。糊化淀粉易被酶消化 ,为人体所吸收。但是,糊化后的淀粉经长期放置或在水分含30%-60%及温度保持在2-4℃时会变成不透明,甚至产生沉淀现象(即淀粉老化)。吃了这种老化的食品后,淀粉充填在胃中,一方面不被 吸收,同时也减少了饥饿感。更为有利的是主食中的蛋白质在经过这些过程后几乎没有损失,而且其中的主要维生 素-B族维生素也因其稳定性较强损失甚少。所以, 这种减肥食品只是减少了热量的吸收,而不影响其他营养成分的吸收利用,并且制法简便,健尔马足疗机三代,是理想的减肥食品,肥胖者不妨一试。
