　　四川在线消息 (四川在线记者 邹万明) 铁皮外壳做工粗劣的潜水艇、只有几根骨架的直升飞机、纯手工打造的坦克……近日，网友在天府论坛上竞相晒农 民的草根发明，这些自制的潜艇、飞机、坦克令网友们惊叹不已，称其为“普通人的智慧，创新的来 源。”

　　农民造潜水艇坦克 网友惊叹很好很强大

　　“农民自制的潜水艇下水了，牛人啊！”7日，网友“花子王”发帖称，9月3日，安徽农民陶相礼自制的潜 水艇在北京郊区进行了试潜,cool nike air max。陶相礼说，在调试之后，他的潜艇预计下水最深能达10米左右。

　　该网友介绍，潜水艇里面空间很小，只能容纳一人，里面设有压力表、潜望镜、氧气瓶、电动马达，并由两叶 螺旋桨驱动。潜艇由5个废旧油桶改装而成，长6.5米，艇重1600斤，耗时两年。制造潜艇的许多材料都是 从二手市场采购，花费资金3万多元。

　　“纯手工坦克是成都造，就在双流永安镇。”网友“日月山河”也发帖称，外形如同原装、移动灵巧迅速、炮 塔可360度旋转的仿真坦克是双流永安镇凤凰村的村民制作的。这样的坦克在日前热映的电视剧《我的团长我的 团》中充当了道具。

　　网友们还晒出了农民自制的火车、木头飞机、垃圾清扫车、汽车等，这些作品无不令人惊叹，不少网友用“很 好很强大”、“牛”等词语表达自己的敬佩之意。

　　本土网友发明申请专利 四川网民很兴奋

　　水上运动的安全问题一直是社会广泛关注的。四川网友“理评评”则发帖发布了他发明的叫作中华龙“静水步 履器”的产品。“这是一种科技含量非常高，集水上运动舆娱乐、休闲等为一体的水上时尚体育用品 ,nike shox。”

　　一个铝制框架，几个空塑料瓶就组成了这个“水上不倒翁”。尽管制作简单，但却使用了力学原理、人体工学 设计。据该网友介绍，这款“静水步履器”解决了不会游泳的人在水中的运动问题和水上娱乐问题，同时解决了广 大游泳爱好者在水上休闲与锻炼身体之间相矛盾的问题。

　　“每年都会有人发生溺亡事故，相信这款产品能保证人们的水中安全。”该网友说这款产品已经通过了国家专 利初审，他希望这项发明能在群众当中尽快的普及开来，实现它服务大众的真正意图。

　　这样的发明令四川网民很兴奋，很多网友认为如此实用的产品应该推广出去。“只要你能想象出在水中驾驭龙 的感觉，你就会从内心赞誉它了,nike air max。”一位网友说。

　　网友讨论热烈 专家能给社会带来创新氛围

　　“看了这些草根发明才知道什么是先进生产力的代表。”网友“格萨云天”比较支持农民的这些发明。网友“ 卜鳕兀庶”也说：“农民科学家，可不是吹出来的。”

　　针对网友追捧农民搞发明的现象，四川社会科学院社会学研究所副所长胡光伟表示搞发明是人们的一种爱好， 农民喜欢搞这些小发明，那是他个人的事情，其他人不应该过多地去干涉他们的喜好。

　　“这样的发明尽管没有太多的社会意义，但对他个人来说能带来快乐。”胡光伟说，像农民制作的坦克、潜艇 这些都属于现代高科技产品，不是一两个人所能办到的，农民制作这些东西仅仅是出于自己的喜好,nike shoes uk。胡光伟表示，从另一个层面来看，全民搞发明创造对创建创新型社会是有好处的，因为能给社会带来一种创新氛 围。
