老板因曾经爱情事业无法兼顾创办公司只招情侣

　　对于办公室恋情，历来都是说NO的多，即便有公司不明令禁止，也最多持“不反对、不鼓励”的中立态度。 不过，却有这么一家公司，明确表示“我们只招情侣”。近日，一位网友就因暂处于单身状态而没能进入这家公司 就职，于是，他怀着差点被雷翻的心情，将面试经历发到论坛上,nike air max，一时间引发众多网友热议。

　　单身应聘 网友面试被拒

　　近日，一则标题为《天雷滚滚，这家公司招聘只招情侣》的帖子出现在某网站论坛上,nike shoes uk，目前已有近3000次点击。“我打包票，下面讲的纯属事实”，一开头，网友“laswzc”便留下一丝悬 念，随后开始大摆自己的雷人经历：去某网络公司应聘，面试官的第一句话是“你女朋友带来没”；当发帖者表示 自己没有女朋友时，被告知“那就不好意思了，我们只招情侣”；谁知第二天一早，公司又打来电话问，“你找到 女朋友了没啊”……

　　昨日上午，成都商报记者采访了发帖者小曾。小曾说，他今年23岁,cool nike air max，他郑重其事地申明：“我保证，绝对是真实的。”

　　如此招聘 爱情事业兼顾

　　在小曾的指点下，成都商报记者在建设路一个小区内找到了这家网络公司。“你是来应聘的吧，怎么又是一个 人？”看到成都商报记者进来，一位微胖的年轻男士微笑着询问。后来得知，他是这家网络公司的总经理孙睽。孙 睽承认，公司确实有这样的规定。不过这是他个人的想法。几年前，孙睽刚毕业，在成都找了份工作，而当时的女 友在绵阳工作。时间长了，距离上的疏离，加之两人渐渐少了共同的交际圈和话题，最终分手。去年 6月,nike shox，不到30岁的孙睽自己创业开了这家网络公司，当时就有一个心愿，希望能为情侣提供一个机会，不要像当初的 自己，因为爱情和事业不能兼顾而纠结。

　　证实情侣身份 更多靠诚信

　　那么，如何证实应聘者的情侣身份？孙睽拿出一份《应聘申请登记表》，上面所列的内容非常特别，文化程度 、学习经历等应聘者需要填的信息，都分别写着“男、女”，每对来应聘的情侣填写一份表格。孙睽说，上面有“ 其他联系人”一项，公司会通过第三方核实两人的情侣身份。

　　孙睽说，公司有一条规定，如果故意隐瞒了非情侣身份，公司有权利辞退。不过，他坦然，主要还是靠应聘者 的诚信。“即使是夫妻来应聘，我们也未必会查验他们的结婚证。”“不过，我们规定，如果有一方提出辞职，另 一方也只有辞职。”

　　人力资源专家：办公室恋情不利于公司长远发展

　　对此，蜀都英汇人力资源有限公司常务副总经理古娟表示，对于这家公司来说，在公司的初创阶段，招聘情侣 有助于公司员工的稳定，而且，情侣之间更有默契，协调性和衔接性更好，能够很好地达成共识，完成公司的决策 。但是，随着公司的发展，办公室恋情的弊端可能会显现出来。比如出现了上下级关系，是否能够理性、专业地决 策；情侣间空间少了，可能影响感情，最终还会影响到工作；而且，办公室情侣往往有一荣俱荣、一损俱损的情况 ，两个人如果同时离职，对公司来说就是双重的损失。
