Ibusa people predominantly speak Igbo,tods sale, although English which is national language is also oral among the zone. Ibusa once practiced monarchical system but this was jettisoned over time. Present day
Ibusa has emerged as one of the fastest growing towns in Delta North which has resulted in the teeming population of the town.
