针对OL上班没时间,下班没心情运动的情况。我们来教你一套简单易学的健身小练习,让你既不耽误坐着看电视 或是电脑,盟特,不耽误工作和娱乐,不用花费很多时间和精力,又可保持娇美的形体。

预备姿势:端坐在沙发或坐椅上,拉长颈部,盟特新产品厂家,挺胸收腹,双手置于体侧略后方,两眼平视前方。

一、使头颈部位的曲线柔美

仰头4拍还原,低头4拍还原。一定要感觉到颈部肌肉被拉长,一个完整的动作做完为1组,做2-4组。

预备姿势:端坐在沙发或坐椅上,拉长颈部,挺胸收腹,双手置于体侧略后方,永康盟特,两眼平视前方。

二、使胸臂部曲线柔美

动作1.两手相对,用力推挤20下,再保持此动作,光波炉价格,默数10拍,还原。

动作2.均匀呼吸,默数10拍,还原。一个完整的动作做完为1组,做2-3组。

三、收紧腹部,缩小腰围

动作1.尽量收腹同时做深呼吸,默数10拍后还原;

动作2.左手按于右手背上置于腹部,以顺时针方向按摩10圈。一个完整的动作做完为1组,做2-3组。
