Default Imitation Oakleys The Truth Behind Cosmetic Eye Su

LOOKING young and slender has become the latest concern for many women and a growing number of men in the Middle East. Cosmetic surgery is turning into a booming and lucrative business. But the hope of regaining one’s youthful looks should not prevent us from being realistic and choosing the right cosmetic surgeon.
Dr Ihab Othman, a leading oculoplastic surgeon, strongly advises anyone planning to undergo plastic surgery, to choose a cosmetic surgeon according to his subspecialty: “A cosmetic surgeon working on tummies deals with an area much less refined than the eye environment which is far more delicate regarding the handling of fragile tissues and the use of micro-instruments. If a patient is looking for a plastic eye surgery, he should definitely go to an oculoplastic surgeon who is primarily an ophthalmologist who had his training in this field. I also urge people to ask as many questions as possible of their doctor. Generally speaking, when your gut feeling makes you trust your doctor, go for the procedure without hesitation,” says Dr Ihab.
The eye area ages with the gradual appearance of crow’s feet and droopy eyelids. Aging is inevitable but delaying its effects is possible. The skin’s main enemy is the sun and cigarette smoke. The use of sun protection creams and sunglasses are essential from the earliest age.
It should also be noted that a girl’s complexion is more fragile than a boy’s. Cosmetic creams are constantly improving. Their moisturizing effect is increased by the use of micronized active substances. However, the most effective way to rejuvenate the skin is achieved by the use of botulic toxin fillers (known as Botox ), chemical peelings and lasers.
Soft chemical peelings can play a role in the treatment of tiny wrinkles around the eye but “one of the drawbacks of this treatment is the risk of developing a discoloration of the skin area which has been treated Wholesale Oakley, especially in Middle Eastern skins which are pigmented.
The same problem can appear with laser resurfacing. As a matter of fact, CO2 laser is contra-indicated in dark skin and the use of Erbium laser may also lead to discoloration,” explained Dr Ihab.
These contra-indications partially explain the overwhelming popularity of Botox and other fillers in the Middle East. There are two kinds of fillers: permanent or reversible. Permanent fillers can cause lasting inflammation or late skin erosion. According to Dr. Ihab, Botox is efficient, painless, reversible and is considered to be the only preventive treatment of skin wrinkles.
Side effects are poor, harmless and reversible in a few weeks or months. It is also non- allergic, well tolerated but the cosmetic effect only lasts for a year.
Droopy eyelids are also caused by aging. Although they cannot be prevented, they can definitely be corrected surgically by small incisions using natural eyelid creases to straighten the condition. This safe procedure, easy in expert hands, is performed under local anesthesia.
Dark circles and especially bags are also visible signs of aging. The sagging effect is caused by the presence of the orbital fat which is no longer kept in place by the orbital septum. With age, this septum becomes redundant and allows the fat to become more apparent.
Dr. Ihab warns that once the process begins, it becomes more and more apparent and pronounced so that it is important for the patient to address the problem as soon as possible. The corrective surgery can be done from inside the eyelid from where the excess skin is removed and a barrier is created to prevent further sagging of more fat. Or it can be done from outside, where the excess skin has to be removed also.
Complaints about aging are as old as humanity but are we now more obsessed with the way we want to look and with the nagging desire to stay young?
“How many times does a person look at himself in the mirror a day and how many times in his life? In the course of our life, we notice the changes affecting our face. In our youth, we are active, we look good and we also feel good about ourselves. When we get older, our activities decrease; we get frustrated by heavy responsibilities and we long for a positive change, starting with the aged face reflected in the mirror,” says Dr Ihab.
Aging, a natural process affecting all human beings, cannot be stopped. Progress in cosmetic surgery however can help rejuvenate the face. In a consumer society in which happiness is powered by wealth and youthful looks, a growing number of men and women feel that cosmetic surgery constitutes the first step for a change of life and the exciting prospect of new hopes.
“Patients should be realistic; a cosmetic surgeon can fix whatever is fixable, and we can always be young at heart but we will never be young forever,” concluded Dr. Ihab.
Jackson's influence at that point as "Star of records, radio, rock video. A one-man rescue team for the music business. A songwriter who sets the beat for a decade. A dancer with the fanciest feet on the street. A singer who cuts across all boundaries of taste and style and color too". "in the world of pop music, there is Michael Jackson and there is everybody else". On March 25, 1983, he performed live on the Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever television special, both with The Jackson 5 and on his own singing "Billie Jean". Debuting his signature dance move, the moonwalk, his performances during the event were seen by 47 million viewers, and drew comparisons to Elvis Presley's and the The Beatles' appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show. "The moonwalk that he made famous is an apt metaphor for his dance style. How does he do it? As a technician, he is a great illusionist, a genuine mime. His ability to keep one leg straight as he glides while the other bends and seems to walk requires perfect timing.
Jackson suffered a setback on January 27, 1984, which was to have repercussions for the rest of his life. While filming a Pepsi Cola commercial at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, he suffered second degree burns to his scalp after pyrotechnics accidentally set his hair on fire. Happening in front of a full house of fans during a simulated concert, the incident elicited an outpouring of sympathy. Jackson had his third rhinoplasty shortly afterwards, and began treatment to hide the scars on his scalp. It was during this period, friends say, that he began using the painkillers to which he later became addicted. Pepsi settled out of court designer sunglasses cheap, and Jackson donated his $1.5 million settlement to the Brotman Medical Center in Culver City Imitation Oakleys, CA, which now has a "Michael Jackson Burn Center".
